Any Justice or Judge of the Osage Nation who appears to have a direct personal or financial interest in any matter before the judiciary shall recuse himself or herself. Any party who believes that a Judge or Justice may have a personal or financial interest in the issues before the court, may challenge the participation of that Judge or Justice.
