A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Osage Nation Judicial Branch.

B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Osage Nation Bar Fund.”

C. The assets of the Osage Nation Bar Fund shall consist of revenue received through annual Attorney Bar dues collected by the Judicial Branch and appropriated by the Osage Nation Congress for the benefit of the Judicial Branch.

D. Expenditures out of the Osage Nation Bar Fund shall be directed by the Osage Nation Judicial Branch.

E. The Osage Nation Bar Fund shall exist until the fund is terminated by an Act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 10-100, eff. Oct. 8, 2010; ONCA 24-38, eff. Apr. 5, 2024.
