§ 1-103. Authorization and appropriation.

A. To carry out the purposes of this Act, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Economic Development Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury the sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00).
B. The Osage Nation Congress hereby appropriates the sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) to the Economic Development Fund out of the general fund in the Treasury to carry out the purposes of this Act. ONCA 16-32, eff. Apr. 25, 2016.
