§ 2-205. Initial Phase 1; employment at end of term.

At completion of the Initial Phase 1, the student shall enter into employment with the Osage Nation in the area of Museum Studies. Prior to funds being disbursed to the student, the Education Department Director, authorized by the Executive Branch, shall pursue a contractual agreement with the student, specific to the field of higher learning for the benefit of the Osage Nation.
