Funding for the Initial Phase shall be shared by the University of Missouri – St. Louis and the Osage Nation. Osage Nation funding amounts shall be approved under the Graduate School Contribution budget for school years 2006/2007. Funding for the Initial Phase 1 shall be kept to amounts approved as stated in the Graduate School Contribution budget of the Osage Nation Appropriations Act of 2007. Second year funding of the Initial Phase 1 shall be reviewed for approval in the fiscal year 2008 appropriations bill, under the Graduate School Contribution budget. ONCA 06-13, eff. Nov. 26, 2006.
