The Osage Nation Education Director shall develop, within the policies and procedures of the program approved by the Executive Branch, a yearly review process that measures the mutual benefits to the education institution and the Osage Nation, as well as the student. Results of the yearly review process of the Initial Phase 1 term shall be furnished to the Osage Nation Congress for review and comments. ONCA 06-13, eff. Nov. 26, 2006.
