§ 2-213. Memorandum of Understanding.
This section is included in your selections.
There shall be a Memorandum of Understanding between each education institution and the Osage Nation, executed on behalf of the Osage Nation by the Principal Chief that shall state the elements of mutual benefit. These elements shall be the foundation for the long-term relationship between the two parties. These elements shall include, but not limited to the following:
A. Mutual scholarship common to both parties;
B. Opportunities for placement of Osage students in education courses beneficial to the students, Osage Nation and the education institution;
C. Sharing of Osage history common to both parties. ONCA 06-13, eff. Nov. 26, 2006.
