At the successful completion of a term, based upon the developed phase of the program, the student will be required to commit to one year of dedicated employment with the Osage Nation, in the area of acquired skills by the program. An option for a second year of employment will be considered by the Osage Nation and the student, upon the mutual consent of both parties. The student, once employed, will be considered a full-time employee under the Osage Nation Employment Policies and Procedures and Merit System. Contractual arrangements, to accomplish these agreements, shall be conducted by the Education Department Director, authorized by the Executive Department, specific to the field of higher learning for the benefit of the Osage Nation.
