A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for Osage Nation higher education scholarships.

B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund.”

C. The assets of the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by act of Congress and monetary donations from any person, group, corporation, government or association.

D. Expenditures out of the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund shall be subject to availability of funds and awarded only in accordance with the spending limitations and other appropriation limitations approved by the Osage Nation Congress and enacted into law.

E. The Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund shall exist until the Fund is terminated by act of the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 12-17, eff. Apr. 3, 2012.
