§ 4-102. Funding levels authorized.
A. Funding is authorized for the following scholarships as defined in Osage law, 11 ONC §§ 3-101 through 3-105 :
1. General scholarship;
2. Required reading scholarship;
3. Graduate degree award;
4. Academic term scholarship;
5. Field of study internship; and
6. Commendation and stole award.
B. Spending for the general scholarship and required reading scholarship is authorized from the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund in the following amounts per calendar school year up to the lifetime maximum award:

C. Funding is authorized for the summer term at the above levels and institution category not to exceed twelve (12) credit hours or equivalent.
D. Spending for the graduate degree award is authorized for master’s degree students not to exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) per award and for professional degree students not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per award.
E. Spending for the academic term scholarship is authorized for students achieving a cumulative grade point average (GPA) above 3.5 for the fall and spring terms or equivalent of a calendar school year in increasing amounts not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per award.
F. Spending for the field of study internship is authorized at current Osage Nation minimum wage not to exceed five hundred (500) hours per student.
G. Actual costs of manufacture and mailing one stole for each degree awarded to a student is authorized not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually.
H. No change in requirements, funding levels or addition of scholarship categories is authorized without further action of Congress.
I. Third-party administration costs are also authorized to be paid from the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund and not to exceed Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($280,000.00).
