Expenditures shall be subject to and awarded only in accordance with the spending limitations and other requirements of Osage law. All students receiving higher education scholarship funding shall be required to complete an application which includes collection of information on anticipated field of study, classification status, anticipated date of graduation, lifetime funding and factors which have or may impact the student’s ability to earn the desired degree.
