A. There is hereby established in the Treasury a revolving fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, for the Osage Nation Executive Branch.

B. The fund established by this section shall be designated the “Education Partnership Fund.”

C. The assets of the Education Partnership Fund shall consist of monies appropriated to it by the Osage Nation Congress from donations designated for education purposes.

D. Donations may be made with specific instructions for expenditure, and the Osage Nation shall adhere to all lawful directives.

E. Expenditures out of the Education Partnership Fund shall be for educational materials and services, and shall be directed by the Executive Branch, consistent with the stated purpose of this Act.

F. The Education Partnership Fund shall exist until terminated by an act of the Osage Nation Congress.

G. The Treasurer shall provide quarterly reports to the Congress on revenue, expenditures, and account balance. ONCA 15-18, eff. Jan. 16, 2015; ONCA 19-54, eff. June 26, 2019.
