A. Establishment. There is hereby established the Osage Election Fund to provide adequate and necessary funding, both foreseen and unforeseen, for election activities set forth in this Code.

B. Legal Remedy of Failure to Fund. Should the Osage Nation Congress fail to adequately fund the Board, or should the Principal Chief strike funding necessary to conduct election duties, the Board may seek legal remedy in the Osage courts to force adequate funding of elections.
