Any enrolled member, who is at least thirty-five (35) years of age on the date of the election and has never been convicted of a felony, is eligible to become a candidate for the office of Principal Chief or Assistant Principal Chief of the Osage Nation. ONCA 17-107, eff. Oct. 4, 2017.
