§ 5-106. Filing dates and requirements for Principal Chief and Assistant Principal Chief.

A. Members qualifying under Sections 5-101 and 5-102 of this Title may file as candidates for Principal Chief or Assistant Principal Chief:
1. Between the first Tuesday in December and the second Monday in January for the primary election to be held in April and the general election to be held in June of the same year; or
2. For special elections in which either Principal Chief or Assistant Principal Chief are elected. ONCA 17-107, eff. Oct. 4, 2017.
