A duly appointed or reelected Judge in the Osage Nation Judiciary eligible for retention pursuant to the requirements of Sections 3, 4, 6, and 7 of Article XIII of the Constitution may file for retention between the first Tuesday in February and the second Monday in March for elections to be held in June of the same year.
