§ 5-110. Filing fees, submission of declaration of candidacy.

The Board may set filing fees for candidates seeking office under this Code, and include such fees in any additional rules and regulations submitted to the Osage Nation Congress for approval. Such fees shall be reasonable and not inconsistent with fees charged in other local elections in the region. All fees shall be deposited in the Osage Nation Election Fund. ONCA 17-107, eff.
