A. Preparation. Paper ballots, upon which are printed the names of the candidates and/or any other ballot questions to be voted on, shall be used in the Osage Nation elections.

B. Deceased Candidate. In the event any candidate appearing on the ballot dies after ballots are printed but prior to the date of the election, notice shall be posted of this fact at the polling place(s). Unless otherwise provided by Osage law, votes cast for the deceased candidate shall not be considered in the results, and such votes shall be void. ONCA 17-107, eff. Oct. 4, 2017.
