A. Coercion or Intimidation. It is unlawful for a person, directly or indirectly, to make use of force, violence or restraint, or to inflict or threaten infliction, by himself or herself or through any other person, of any injury, damage, harm or loss, or in any manner to practice intimidation upon or against any person, in order to induce or compel such person to sign or not to sign a petition or to vote or refrain from voting for a particular measure at any ballot issue election provided by this Code, or on account of such person having voted or refrained from voting at a ballot issue election.

B. Penalties. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a criminal offense, and upon conviction, shall be subject to the maximum penalties allowed by federal law.

C. Exclusion. Persons not subject to the criminal jurisdiction of the Osage Nation Courts shall be subject to exclusion from the Osage Nation property. ONCA 17-107, eff. Oct. 4, 2017.
