A. No person shall take wildlife by means of hunting or fishing within the Osage Nation Reservation without first obtaining a license from the ENR Department. The following licenses are required:

1. Hunting. One or more of the following:

a. Hunting license: available to persons who are hunter education certificated or who are exempt according to Section 1-107 of this Title.

b. Apprentice-designated license: available to persons who are not hunter education certified in accordance with Section 1-107 of this Title.

2. Fishing. All persons fishing in any body of water within the Osage Nation Reservation are required to obtain a license from the ENR Department prior to taking fish as defined by this Act.

B. License Must Be Retained on Person. Each person issued a license pursuant to this Act and Osage Nation Wildlife Conservation Regulations shall retain the hard copy of the license(s) on their person at all times while hunting or fishing within the Osage Nation Reservation.
