A. No person shall take wildlife by means of hunting or fishing on the property of the Osage Nation without first obtaining a permit from the ENR Department. The following permits are required:

1. Hunting. All persons hunting on the property of the Osage Nation shall obtain a permit from the ENR Department prior to taking game as defined by this Act. Each person is bound to the restrictions and limitations identified within the permit.

2. Fishing. All persons fishing in any body of water on the property of the Osage Nation are required to obtain a permit from the ENR Department prior to taking fish as defined by this Act. Each person is bound to the restrictions and limitations identified within the permit.

B. Permit Must Be Retained on Person. Each person issued a valid permit pursuant to this Act and Osage Nation Wildlife Conservation Regulations shall retain the hard copy of the permit(s) on their person at all times while hunting or fishing on the property of the Osage Nation.
