Law enforcement officers may issue citation(s) to any person for any alleged violation of this Act. Such citation shall state the alleged violation, the date, time, and location of the alleged violation and the name, if known, of the person charged. The citation shall also reasonably identify the appearance date, location/address, and time of hearing. ONCA 17-30, eff. Apr. 26, 2017.
