§ 1-113. Mandatory revocation of hunting, fishing, and trapping privileges.

In addition to imposing any other penalties, fines, and/or assessments established by this Act, the Court shall revoke the hunting and fishing privileges of any person found guilty under this Act for a period of three years for any offense committed under Section 1-112(C) of this Title and for a period of five years any offense committed under Section 1-112(D) of this Title. The provisions of this section are mandatory and shall not be suspended or reduced by the Court. ONCA 17-30, eff. Apr. 26, 2017.
