If convicted and found guilty of any offense under this Act, in addition to any other fines or penalties, any person shall be ordered to pay a civil restitution assessment for each wildlife illegally taken, sold or transported. The civil restitution assessment shall include any costs associated with rehabilitation of wildlife or other costs. The amount of civil restitution shall be recommended by the ENR Department and is subject to review of the Court. ONCA 17-30, eff. Apr. 26, 2017.
