A. Any weapon(s), gear, or vehicle used in the commission of any offense under this Act may be seized by a law enforcement officer. A notice of seizure shall be issued to the person cited for the offense. If the person is not present, a notice of seizure shall be left at the site where the weapons, gear or vehicle were confiscated. Any weapons, gear and vehicle so seized shall be held pending disposition by a lawful court order.

B. Any such weapons, gear or vehicle may be forfeited to the Osage Nation pursuant to a lawful court order. ONCA 17-30, eff. Apr. 26, 2017.
