§ 2-102. Findings; purpose.

A. The purpose of this Act is to preserve and protect bald eagles and golden eagles within the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation.
B. The eagle is an important symbol and species to people of the Osage Nation, and the species should be protected. ONCA 15-30, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
