A. This Act shall not prohibit use, possession or storage of eagle feathers or eagle parts by Native Americans.

B. The Osage Nation shall recognize the permits of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service pertaining to eagles, nests, eggs and eagle parts.

C. This Act shall not prohibit the application for or receipt of eagle feathers and other eagle parts through the National Eagle Repository operated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. ONCA 15-30, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
