The Nation shall have the sole proprietary interest in any gaming operation authorized by this statute. The Nation shall receive, at a minimum, not less than sixty percent (60%) of the net revenues from any gaming operation. ONCA 07-09, eff. Dec. 8, 2006; ONCA 10-73, eff. Oct. 5, 2010.
