Except for tort and prize claims covered by the Compact, all disputes which are submitted to the Gaming Commission shall be decided by the Commission based on all relevant information pertaining to the matter. The decision of the Commission shall be in writing, shall be issued within fourteen (14) days of submission of the matter to the Commission, and shall be provided to the general manager of the gaming operation and to the complainant.
