This Act shall replace and supersede in its entirety Osage Nation Gaming Reform Act of 2006, ONCA 07-07, and further shall repeal any other Resolution, Ordinance, Order, or Act of the Osage Nation, or its predecessor, inconsistent with the law now presented herein; provided, that nothing contained in this Act shall alter, interrupt, or otherwise affect the legal existence of the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise nor any lawful obligation of the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise undertaken under prior law nor shall it operate to amend the Osage Nation Gaming Law. Upon ratification of this Act, the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise shall be authorized to exercise and carry out all powers, rights, and responsibilities contained herein. ONCA 14-79, eff.
