If any provision of this Osage Nation Gaming Reform Act of 2007 is declared invalid or unconstitutional by the Osage Nation Judiciary, the invalid portions shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ONCA 14-79, eff. Sept. 26, 2014.
