A. All sealed bids shall be submitted to the Procurement Officer and kept sealed until the posted bid opening date and time.

B. The Procurement Officer, Director of Facilities, and Osage Casinos Executive Staff will open the bid packets and review each proposal.

C. Qualifying proposals will be reviewed, negotiated and the lowest bid will be awarded unless exceptions exist. ONCA 19-36, eff. Apr. 25, 2019.
