All construction projects of the Osage Casinos shall be undertaken with due regard to environment, public health, and safety. All bidding documents shall specify the applicable environment, public health, and safety standards. Unless otherwise specified by law, the Procurement Officer shall apply the most recent relevant standards developed by the International Code Council to contracts for the construction of all new buildings and structures open to the public.
