In order to provide for the orderly development, administration, and regulation of gaming activities within the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation, there is established the Osage Nation Gaming Commission which shall consist of three Gaming Commissioners, one Commission Director, and staff necessary to carry out the provisions of this statute, and any regulations promulgated thereunder. The Gaming Commissioners shall elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman from their membership. The Vice Chairman shall serve as the Chairman of the Commission in the absence of the Chairman.
