A. If, within a thirty (30) day period after the NIGC receives all required applications and reports, the NIGC notifies the Nation that it has no objection to the issuance of a license pursuant to a license application filed by a key employee or a primary management official, the Commission may issue a license to such applicant.

B. The Commission shall respond in a timely manner to requests for additional information from the Chairman concerning key employees or primary management officials who are the subject of any report filed with the NIGC by the Commission. Any such request by the Chairman shall suspend the thirty (30) day period referred to in this section until the Chairman receives the additional information requested.

C. If, within a thirty (30) day period after the NIGC receives all required applications and reports, the NIGC provides the Nation with a statement itemizing objections to the issuance of a license to a key employee or to a primary management official for whom the Commission has submitted an application and all required reports to the NIGC, the Commission shall reconsider the application, taking into account the objections itemized by the NIGC.
