§ 6-105. Appeal of Trial Court decision.

If the petitioner receives an adverse decision from the Trial Court, then the petitioner may appeal to the Supreme Court within thirty (30) days after the Trial Court enters the decision. The appeal shall be limited to the record on appeal. The decision of the Osage Nation Supreme Court shall be final. ONCA 07-09, eff. Dec. 8, 2006; ONCA 07-29, eff. Apr. 23, 2007; ONCA 10-73, eff.
