The Office of Fiscal and Performance Review (OFPR) is hereby established within the Legislative Branch of the Osage Nation to conduct various types of audits to provide a systematic and objective examination and independent assessment of the performance and financial condition of the entities, divisions, departments, programs, boards, commissions, bureaus and any other entity receiving funds of the Osage Nation.
