A. Access all functions, records, property and personnel of the Osage Nation during the audit period and the follow-up period;

B. Allocate resources, set frequencies, select subjects, determine scopes of work, and apply the techniques required to accomplish audit objectives; and

C. Obtain assistance of personnel in Osage Nation departments where audits are performed, the Legislative Branch budget analyst, as well as other specialized services from within or outside the organization.
