Any person who fails to comply, or a person who directs another not to comply, with a request for production of documents, or a request for access to records or property by the Office of Fiscal and Performance Review in the administration of its duties as authorized by Section 1-207 of this Title shall be subject to a criminal fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail of not more than one year, or both, and shall also be subject to a civil fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
