A. “Delegate” means one who represents or acts for another person or group.

B. “Osage Nation government” means the three branches of Osage government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial, and all of the elected officials, appointed officials, contract employees, full-time employees and part-time employees of those branches, and also includes all officials and employees of departments, programs or entities that are not legally recognized as separate from the Osage Nation.
