In addition to any other civil remedies which may be allowed under Osage Nation law, any person within the Osage Nation Government, as it is defined in this Act, who is found to have violated any provision of this Act may be fined in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each violation of this Act.
