A. “Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual” means the manual published by the Human Resources Department for the purpose of governing the employment of the Osage Nation Government employees by stating the duties, rights, responsibilities and minimum expectations for employment.

B. “Osage Nation government employees” means the persons employed as regular full-time or regular part-time employees by the branches, departments, programs, boards, commissions and entities of the Osage Nation, but does not include persons employed by the Osage Gaming Enterprise or the Osage LLC and its subsidiaries or persons employed as temporary part-time employees, contract employees, or executive staff appointed in accordance with the Osage Constitution.
