§ 14-103. Right to due process.

A. All Osage Nation Government employees shall have the right to due process before the employee may be terminated from employment.
B. Every employee faced with termination is entitled to a hearing that includes the right to confront witnesses, the right to present evidence, the right to have adequate representation, either an attorney or nonlegal counsel, and the right to an impartial decision maker.
C. The Human Resources Department shall include a provision in the Human Resources Policies and Procedures Manual within thirty (30) days of the taking effect of this Act that articulates these requirements. ONCA 11-118, eff. Mar. 29, 2012.
