A. Except as otherwise provided by law, the board of trustees may authorize any officer or officers, agent or agents to enter into any contract or execute and deliver any instrument in the name and on behalf of the Authority, and such Authority may be general or confined to specific instances.

B. All contracts shall be approved first by the board of trustees and, upon proper board action, submitted to the Principal Chief for his approval. Any provisions of such contracts shall take precedence over the Authority’s bylaws or any acts of the board of trustees. Any such contracts not approved by the Principal Chief shall not be final and binding upon the Authority.

C. Each approved contract shall be permanently filed for inspection at the Authority’s main office. ONCA 13-41, eff. Apr. 23, 2013; ONCA 14-43, eff. May 30, 2014.
