A. The Authority may not sell or otherwise convey real property unless such sale or other conveyance is authorized by the Osage Nation Congress.

B. The board of trustees of the Authority, without further authorization of the Osage Nation Congress, shall have the full power and authority to authorize the execution and delivery of mortgages or a deed of trust upon, or pledging or encumbering of, any or all of the property, assets, rights, privileges, licenses, franchises and permits of the Authority, whether acquired or to be acquired, and wherever situated, as well as the revenues and income therefrom, all upon such terms and conditions as the board of trustees shall determine, to secure any indebtedness of the Authority, as long as such indebtedness does not accrue any liability to the Osage Nation.

C. The board of trustees shall devise and adopt its own bylaws to control and regulate the affairs of the board. ONCA 13-41, eff. Apr. 23, 2013; ONCA 14-43, eff. May 30, 2014.
