§ 16-104. Village status as part of the Osage Nation.

A. Village reserves are located on trust land of the Osage Nation.
B. In accordance with the Osage Constitution Article VII, Section 5, village committees are part of the Osage Nation Executive Branch.
C. Village ordinances may be proposed to the Osage Nation Congress by Osage Village Committees for approval in accordance with Osage law. ONCA 16-17, eff. Dec. 17, 2015.
