A. The Osage Nation does not currently have a general donation fund where members of the Osage Nation and nonmembers alike can make donations to the Nation, either for general use or for a specified purpose; and

B. The Osage Nation will benefit from the use and distribution of private donations. ONCA 15-26, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
