§ 19-103. Authorization and appropriation.

The Osage Nation Congress hereby authorizes and appropriates all donations received to the Osage Nation Donation Fund for the specific purposes designated by the donor. Donations without restrictions shall require an appropriation of the Osage Nation Congress for expenditure. ONCA 15-26, eff. Apr. 16, 2015.
