A. The Osage Nation Congress shall adopt an annual projected revenue resolution.

B. The Congress may supersede or amend projected revenues by subsequent resolution.

C. The Osage Nation Congress shall fulfill its constitutional duties to enact an annual budget, which does not exceed projected revenue as allowed by Article VI, Section 24 of the Osage Constitution.

D. The projected revenue resolution shall establish budgetary outlays for each branch for a given fiscal year.
