A. The Treasurer shall provide a report to the Osage Nation Congress by January 31st of each year, if there is any expected increase or decrease in annual projected revenue.

B. The Congressional Appropriations Committee shall hold regular budgetary meetings to review the monthly financials as reported by the Treasurer.
